These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Worthnest (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of this App.
Some features (the Pro plan) are paid. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store.
The App offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel from your device under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You must not violate laws or public order, interfere with the operation of the App, or attempt reverse engineering.
The App is provided "as is". Estimated profit and similar figures are predictions and do not guarantee actual results.
The operator is not liable for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or malfunction. Please manage important data yourself.
The operator may change or discontinue the App without prior notice to users.
The operator may revise these Terms when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect when displayed in the App.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、うるカタ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ご利用の際は本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
本アプリの一部機能（Proプラン）は有料です。購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。
本アプリは月額の自動更新サブスクリプションと、買い切り（一度のお支払い）プランを提供します。自動更新サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新されます。お支払いは購入確定時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。解約・管理は端末の「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」から行えます。
法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、リバースエンジニアリング等の行為を禁止します。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。見込み利益などの表示は予測値であり、実際の取引結果を保証するものではありません。
端末の故障・削除・不具合等によるデータの消失について、運営者は責任を負いません。重要なデータはご自身で管理してください。
運営者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更または提供を終了できるものとします。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合に本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内に表示した時点で効力を生じます。
